GWDL-1400-degree Electric Upward-opening Door Crucible Furnace

I. Basic Specifications 

Model: High-temperature Box-type Sample Melting Furnace

III. Core Components 

Heating element: U-shaped silicon carbide rod, installed vertically on the furnace wall 

Temperature sensing element: Platinum-rhodium S-type thermocouple (0–1600°C) 

Lining and insulation: 

Fire-resistant lining: High-purity alumina lightweight plates (anti-cracking, energy-saving) 

Insulation layer: Three-layer structure (alumina fiber + silicon-aluminum fiber + polycrystalline alumina) 

Cooling system: Double-layer air-cooling structure, with directional airflow to prevent heating elements from oxidizing. 

Furnace body: CNC processed, with acid/heat resistant coating, and double-color attractive finish. 

IV. Control and Security 

Control System: 

7-inch touch screen, supporting multi-segment program settings, historical curves and data storage 

Real-time display of temperature, power, voltage, current and program segment 

Equipped with RS485 communication interface (with a range of 1200 meters), supporting PC programming and data recording 

Safety protection: Dual-loop control, including overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection 

V. Ancillary Equipment 

Door mechanism: Electric - pneumatic top-opening type. The opening height can be controlled by a foot switch or a touch screen. 

Casting clamp (custom made): Made of 304 stainless steel 

Cast iron mold lathe: Carbon steel casing, powder coating 

Cast iron mold: Used to hold or cool molten metal samples, ensuring proper shaping and facilitating analysis.
